Directions: Historic Biltmore Village is a pedestrian-friendly district nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Asheville, North Carolina, conveniently located between two I-40 interchanges and three miles from I-26.

The Ville: A classic planned community constructed in the late 1890’s by the Vanderbilt family. Located at the main entrance of Biltmore Estate, the Vanderbilt’s 250-room chateau in the Blue Ridge Mountains – the largest non-castle in the world – that attracts over 1 million affluent tourists annually. Immediately surrounding the development is exceptional residential, including the Biltmore Forest neighborhood with some of the finest homes in North Carolina.

The Biltmore Village district, co-designed by Richard M. Hunt (Architect) and Frederick Law Olmstead (Landscape Architect), is an existing pedestrian-friendly and is currently home to 30 shops and 10 restaurant/cafes.

  • Approximately 70,000 sq. ft. 3-level mixed-use development with:
    • 160 covered parking spaces at 10 Brook st.
    • 35,000 sq. ft. of first level retail including Talbots, Talbots Petites, Talbots Woman, Coldwater Creek, Williams-Sonoma, Pi Salon Spa and J. Crew.
    • 36,627 sq. ft. of 2nd level Class-A office space will offer a highly unique address.
    • $20 million development opened in April 2008.
Future Phase :
  • Approximately 60,000 square foot multi-level mixed use development:
    • 24,095 square feet of additional street retail along Brook Street.
    • 54 luxury residential units with spectacular views.
    • A parking garage.

Hill Partners, Inc., founded in 1983, is a commercial real estate firm specializing in providing innovative retail and mixed use development solutions. Chico’s, a specialty retailer of private-branded casual-to-dressy clothing, intimates and accessories opened one of its largest locations in the country, with a 7,071 square foot space and backfilled its existing 2,348 square foot location within the Historic Biltmore Village District with a White House/Black Market. Talbots, a leading national specialty retailer of women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, shoes and accessories occupies a 9,298 square foot, three-door concept, and backfilled its existing location within the Historic Biltmore Village District with a J.Jill.
